Fair and reasonable pricing for services has been our firm rule for 30 years! Our fees are based on industry guidelines, considering factors like usage and distribution of our work. Most importantly, we talk with our clients. The fee for an assignment is always agreed upon in advance with our clients.

Before we beginn with an assignment, our client receives a detailed quotation that shows all particulars with costs. These include production costs such as scans, proofs, etc. and creative services such as concept development, design, layout, illustration, photography, digital imaging, etc. The quotation is then either approved in the form of a purchase order or revised together with the client if not all expectations are covered or if the costs exceed planed budgetary limitations. The amount in the final approved quotation is always exactly the amount that we invoice. Exceptions are additions or author corrections that during a running project that change the scope of the assignment. In this case, the client receives an additional quotation for the additional work. In this way, we avoid unpleasant suprises, both for you and for us. A working method that has proven itself over many years.
